Plus One: Election Leaves Liberals Seeing Red

Where did all the blue go? bwahahahahaha
Well, well, well, what have we here? The map of the USA looks like it's been painted firetruck red, with a touch of blue or purple here and there. That fact brings me to this question: Hey, you Liberals! How does all that Conservative ass taste today, you bunch of peckerwoods? bwahahahahahahaha  I hate to be sore winner...no I don't. For the last six years, Liberals have called Conservatives everything but children of God. The Left's treatment of Conservative women like Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman and the O'donnell lady from Delaware has been dispicable to say the least. If you don't agree with them or if you just don't like them, state that fact and move on. There's no need to to try to destroy these women with vitriol and flat out lies about them and their children, for God's sake. Now that the shoe's on the other foot, and Liberalism has been shown to be the ideas of idiots and roundly rebuffed by the voters of the US, will the Conservatives try to destroy the lives of Leftist idiots like Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid? No. Because the grown ups have the upper hand now, and they'll be too busy trying to undo the mess that Obambi, Ms. Granny McBotox, Dingy Harry and the rest of those America-hating inbreds have forced on this country through less than scrupulous means against the will of the overwhelming majority of the American people. Oh, they're still gonna bitch and moan about an unfair election, the disenfranchisement of certain ethnic groups or Florida in 2000. That's the way pussies and Liberals operate. They never lose, something's always taken from them. And it's always a Conservative white guy that does it. These Socialist asswipes are the ones who call a slowdown in the growth of something, like entitlement programs, a "cut", even though more money is being spent on said entitlement. When Liberals don't get their way, not only is it someone else's fault, they threaten to hold their collective breath till they are "blue" in the face. (Libs, blue, I made a funny). Just wait until the next Congress convenes and the evil, abortion-hating, white guy Republicans introduce a bill to de-fund, or repeal altogether, ObamaCare. I'm telling you now so you'll be ready, clean all the old programs off your DVR so you'll have lots of space to record the hilarity for posterity. There promises to be temper tantrums of Biblical proportions from the knuckleheads on the Left.

When we woke up this morning, Liberalism had been exposed as the class warfare, government control sham that it is. When we woke up this morning, we woke up to real hope and change. The kind of hope and change that will utilize the exceptionalism that is America and its people, to take this country forward back to its rightful place as the best nation in the history of the World. When we woke up this morning, America was battered, but not beaten by the full frontal assault on her by those who wish she were more like Europe. When we woke up this morning, America herself had breathed a sigh of relief that the constraints placed on her over the last four years, especially the last two, had been removed and she could once again breathe the fresh air of freedom and liberty. When we woke up this morning, the sun shone a little bit brighter as it brought a new day to America.

  1. I would like to take this opportunity to be as gracious a winner as I possibly can.
So to any liberals/pro-regressives reading this, I just want you to know in the same terms and with the same sincerity our current pResident used last year.

    WE WON!!

Those lib representatives that escaped the unemployment line, and those lib Senators who aren't up for reelection until 2012, and for those establishment GOP types(especially RINOs) you need to know this. We are engaged and no longer asleep. We the people hire and fire you, there is no ruling class in this republic, except for us. God empowers us, we loan our power to you for our benefit, you only borrow it for as long as we say you can. There are significantly more lib Senators up for reelection in 2012, you better play nice and do what we tell you to do, not what George Soros or the union thugs tell you.

This wasn't a Tsunami, but the earth did move. Mike Huckabee described 2 Nov 10 as being like the New Madrid earthquake. The earth shook and the Mississippi reversed its flow.
The perfect analogy for what We The People did yesterday, shook it all up and reversed the flow.

    Oh, and WE WON!!

  2. n2l... BRILLIANT comment! I saw Huckabee make his comment and he hit the nail head...with a sledgehammer.

  3. A slegehammer?
    I thought he sunk that nail with one tap of his index finger. :}

I need to clarify my comment on the state legislatures, after reading it again. Twenty three state chambers flipped, not necessarily both chambers in 23 states, though many states flipped both.
There will be 21 jackass Senate seats up for election in 2012, fifteen somewhat or very vulnerable; 10 GOP seats, few vulnerable.

  4. Toby, I got to spend almost an hour with Huckabee a few years ago, just before his term as Arkansas governor expired and before he decided to run in '08.
You see people on tv, read what they write and hear them on the radio and develop an impression of them. Until you actually meet them in person, look them in the eyes and shake their hand you can't know for certain what type of person they really are.
Mike Huckabee is a genuinely good man, his goodness runs soul deep.

  5. n2l...my wife really likes Huckabee. She'd vote for him in a heartbeat.
I understand what you mean by how people are when they are on TV. I have met some country music singers who seem like you'd like them to be your neighbor, but in reality you'd like to shoot them in the ass. Having said that, i have met some who would invite you over for a beer. I'll keep a close eye on Huckabee, maybe he'll be the one to vote for in'12.

  6. It's going to be a crowded field for the GOP in the primary. Many bright, capable conservatives will be running, which leaves Romney out.
The GOP establishment had Mc, Romney and Thompson gang up on Huck in '08. I fear his brand may have been permanently damaged by their efforts to insure the establishment candidate ran against Teh Won.
There are some things that Huck believes that I don't, but then there are no perfect candidates.
